We completed our first short film today! It is available to watch on this site. I hope it's liked. We also got a myspace film profile and a youtube channel today. Links will be added shortly to the navigation bar.

Most of the navigation bar should work now. I finished all of the pages except for the blog page and the contact page which both require additional coding. As for right now, if you want to contact the xPirate owner you can send an email to xpirate.webmaster@gmail.com. The site still isn't fully complete content wise. I need to expand both the Works in Progress page as well as the Completed Projects page. That's for another day though.

So, more new updates for today. It turns out that PHP sendmail function is a something you have to pay for to host on this server, therefore the contact button on the navigation bar is now just a mailto link to my email address. Sad day. Also, MySQL is something that has to be paid for, so I'm still deciding whether I still want that or not. Stupid 110mb...oh well, it's free, it's adless, and it works.

Added sub menues for the Works in Progress and Completed Projects sections. Still need to expand the Works in Progress section. For another day.

So, I was an idiot and thought it was 2009 for some reason when I was entering the text last night. So yeah, that's been fixed. The dates all say 2008 now. YAY! I also decided to change the logo a bit. The previous one wasn't working with the table
layout and I think I like the second one a lot better now. It adds more contrast to the website which is a necessity. Once the navigation bar gets installed, that will help with contrast issues as well. I'm working on designing it today.

I finished designing the navigation bar. It's now in place. Just need to link it all together, but I guess I need a whole website before I can do that. The home page is officially complete. I hope you all enjoy the design.

xPirate's home page enters the final stages of development. Layout complete. News section complete. Style sheet complete. Design complete. Time to start building the rest of the website according to plan. Stay tuned for updates!
